About the Firm

Spiegelman Law PC was founded in 2022 on the core belief that workers come first. Clients’ voices should be elevated by their attorneys, not diminished. Grounded in a feminist, queer, anti-racist and class-conscious framework, we guide clients through a biased legal system to pursue justice. Although the system is stacked against Californian workers, they do have significant rights enshrined in the law - but they need a steadfast attorney to achieve equitable outcomes. Spiegelman Law PC is here to do just that.

Spiegelman Law PC is an employee’s rights law firm located in Los Angeles, California. The firm represents clients throughout California. We practice worker-focused employment rights litigation, negotiations, and advocacy. With contingency-based payment plans, we only get paid if our clients do. This levels the playing field against employers who often have the resources to simply out-spend the workers they have harmed.

Our Team

Samson Spiegelman

Samson Spiegelman, plaintiff’s employment attorney, launched his Los Angeles-based law firm in 2022 after several years practicing with the most highly regarded attorneys on both the plaintiffs’ and defense sides.

Samson is trained in queer theory, critical race studies, and critical feminist theory.  He studied queer theory and gender & sexuality studies at Tulane University, and is a graduate of UCLA Law’s Critical Race Studies program.

Samson is a transgender man with a long history of work with and for the queer community.
