Harassment

Nobody deserves to be harassed, especially not in the workplace.

  • Were you subjected to offensive, abusive, or crude language or behavior in the workplace related to your protected status(es)

  • Have you been subjected to microagressions or macroaggressions?

  • Did your co-worker, supervisor, or another person in the workplace subject you to unwanted sexual advances or proposition you in exchange for preferential treatment?

  • Were you punished for refusing sexual advances from your co-worker, supervisor, or another person in the workplace?

Harassment of any kind is never acceptable, and it’s usually illegal.  Contact Samson to understand your options. Spiegelman Law, in Los Angeles, California, handles harassment employment cases statewide.
