When something goes wrong at work, finding a lawyer who understands the law is only part of what matters. You also want someone who understands where you’re coming from. Samson Spiegelman is a transgender employment law attorney whose legal experience and ties to the queer community shape how he listens to your story and advocates for you.
Meet Samson Spiegelman
Samson Spiegelman, plaintiff’s employment attorney, launched Spiegelman Law PC in 2022 after years practicing with the most highly regarded attorneys on both the plaintiffs’ and defense sides.
Samson is trained in queer theory, critical race studies, and feminist theory. He studied queer theory and gender and sexuality studies at Tulane University, and is a graduate of UCLA Law’s Critical Race Studies program. Samson is also a transgender man with a long history of work for the queer community.

Beyond the Courtroom
Samson didn’t set out to just practice employment law — he set out to represent people like him. As an out, transgender attorney, he’s built his practice around serving the LGBTQ+ community in California, and that commitment extends beyond the courtroom. From bar association involvement to advocacy work, Samson stays connected to the community he represents, because understanding a client’s experience shouldn’t be something a lawyer has to learn secondhand.
